Here’s a work by Mat Kemp, my husband for 30+ years, inspired by my career in sports marketing.

Mat creates work from reclaimed materials and found objects, including donations of toys from all over the world. He noted the imbalance of male vs female figures from the toys.

My mission has been to make a living by working creatively & reliably, with trusted colleagues. I landed accidentally In sports marketing and have worked all over the world (whilst raising 2 kids). I’ve enjoyed success, including owning companies with my brilliant business partner, Cat. I was so busy that I often forgot that this expat woman in was a minority in the industry.

I believe in diversity and equal rights. Not entitlement but EQUAL rights. Diversity brings different perspectives. Different perspectives may cause discord yet working through this results in innovation & invention. 

Regardless of one’s experience or ‘time served’, living a purposeful life can be challenging! I am grateful for my husband, kids and community who accompany me on my journey.
