My Experience

Having been a cynic about coaching, I sought support for myself back in 2012, when I was leading my own very successful sports marketing agency, running huge projects for the London 2012 Olympics and FIFA World Cup in Brazil. On paper, I was living the dream – plenty of money, “in charge” of really sexy projects, had a wonderful husband, 2 incredible kids, the dog, the cats, the cars, mortgage paid, and all the ‘outside stuff’. But I was exhausted, dissatisfied, and super conscious that I was not being my best self.

So I invested in myself and hired an incredible coach. I wanted immediate, measurable results! I wanted returns on my investment.

The results were slow – and deep – and I got much more than I bargained for. I realised that, despite my success, I was living out of alignment with my values. I’d been so busy - making a living / being a mother and wife / travelling all over the world – that my life had become a runaway train and I was just a powerless passenger.

Coaching has been transformational for me, and I now put the incredible process of high-performance coaching into play for my clients.
