World-renowned coach, Brendon Burchard, conducted extensive research over 10 years with scientists from University of CA (Santa Barbara) and University of Pennsylvania. They measured factors underlying High Performance, creating a scorecard called the High Performance Indicator (HPI).
HPI studies the habit patterns that leads to long-term success.
Cumulatively, this extensive qualitative research, conducted in 195 countries, led to the identification of six crucial deliberate habits for reaching high performance in any field or endeavor: seeking CLARITY, generating ENERGY, raising NECESSITY, increasing PRODUCTIVITY, developing INFLUENCE, and demonstrating COURAGE.
Each of these habits was found to be learnable and deployable across multiple contexts of life and career with a similar result: the achievement of long-term success while maintaining well-being and positive relationships.
